About our text messaging

Accolade Interiors offers text messaging to customers and prospective customers who ask us to contact them by text. We use it for one purpose: keeping you informed about your project.

Messages you may receive include:

Confirmation of your scheduled design consultation
Appointment reminders and scheduling changes
Order status and arrival notifications
Installation scheduling and arrival windows
Follow-up after installation, including a request to review your experience

How you opt in

You give consent to receive text messages from Accolade Interiors in one of the following ways:

Checking the text message consent box on a form on this website and submitting the form
Providing your mobile number and agreeing to text updates when you place an order or schedule a consultation
Sending us a text message first

Consent is never required to buy anything. You can request a consultation, place an order, and receive full service from Accolade Interiors without agreeing to text messages. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further text messages from us.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your project activity. Most customers receive between one and five messages per order. We do not send recurring marketing blasts.

Cost

Accolade Interiors does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.

Your privacy

Accolade Interiors does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

We share your information only with service providers who help us operate our business — such as our scheduling and messaging platform — and only to the extent needed to deliver the messages you asked for. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the date it was last updated.
