Madeira Beach is a beach city on the southern part of Sand Key, home to John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk. The Tom Stuart Causeway connects it to the Seminole area on the mainland, and the city has a mix of Gulf-front condos, waterfront homes on the bay side, and businesses.
